I authorize Mr. Does All to charge my credit card / bank account for the agreed upon amount. I understand that my information may be saved on file for future transactions. I acknowledge that a 3.5% credit card processing fee may be applied to any project invoices paid with a credit card.
By selecting [I agree], you authorize Mr. Does All to debit the credit Card and/or banking details linked to your account for any amount owed for charges arising from your use of Mr. Does All services and/or purchase of materials from Mr. Does All, pursuant to Mr. Does All's website terms and conditions., until this authorization is revoked. You may amend or cancel this authorization at any time by providing notice to Mr. Does All with 30 (thirty) days notice.
I do hereby acknowledge and agree to Mr. Does All Inc. rates quoted to me, we do not charge by ¼ hour so all time is rounded up to the nearest half hour. Please note any job of 8 hours or less in the same day may incur a travel time charge of ½ hour each way, plus congestion pricing tolls, if applicable.  I acknowledge and agree that the cost of any material used will be added to the labor cost plus tax with a 35% markup. I am aware that not all material is carried on the trucks and trips to the hardware store or supply house may be necessary and the time to obtain a part is my responsibility. I agree to pay a COD at the completion of the job or if a multiple day job, at the completion of each day. Please note the owner or tenant must be in the apartment the day of the job and be authorized to make decisions on the work needed. For projects extending beyond 8 hours, we will implement overtime charges as per our standard rate policy.
A credit card number is required to schedule any private job and will be kept on file until the job is done or the work day has concluded. I understand that on the day of the job I can pay with another method if I choose to, or Mr. Does All Inc. will run the credit card number provided below.
