SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Subscription Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Mr. Does All, Inc., a New York
corporation ("Company"), and the undersigned subscriber ("Customer"). This Agreement sets forth the
terms and conditions governing Customer’s subscription to home-repair service plans offered by Company.
This Agreement is intended to comply with applicable federal consumer‑protection standards and New
York General Business Law § 527‑a governing automatic renewal and continuous‑service offers.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Subscription Plan – A recurring membership plan providing access to repair services and service hours
as described in Section 3.
1.2. Service Hours – Labor hours included in the Customer’s subscription plan for repair services (not
capital improvements).
1.3. Repair Work – Maintenance, troubleshooting, and non‑capital improvement repair services.
1.4. Capital Improvements – Additions, upgrades, installations, or construction work that increases the
property’s value or extends its useful life. Subscription hours may not be used for capital improvements.
1.5. Affirmative Consent – Customer’s clear agreement to the automatic‑renewal terms, provided prior to
Company charging any payment method.
2. TERM AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1. Continuous Service. This subscription is an automatic‑renewing continuous service. The plan will
renew at the end of each billing cycle unless Customer cancels pursuant to Section 8.

2.2. Renewal Cycle. Plans renew monthly or annually based on Customer’s selection at enrollment.
2.3. Renewal Notice (New York Requirement). For any subscription with an initial term of one year or
more, Company will provide a renewal reminder notice 15–45 days before the renewal date. The notice will
include cancellation instructions.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Customer may enroll in one of the following plans:
3.1. Silver Plan – $249/month
Includes 2 service hours per month.
Option to purchase additional discounted hours.
Parts billed separately.
3.2. Gold Plan – $349/month
Includes 3 service hours per month.
Option to purchase additional discounted hours.
Parts billed separately.
3.3. Platinum Plan – $4,900/year
Includes 40 service hours per year.
Option to purchase additional discounted hours.
Parts billed separately.
3.4. Limitations of Service
Service hours may only be used for repair work.
Service hours may not be used for capital improvements, major renovations, construction, or any
services outside the scope of repair.
Parts, materials, equipment, and third‑party items required for repairs are billed separately.
4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS
4.1. Scheduling. Repair services are subject to availability. Company will make reasonable efforts to
schedule promptly.
4.2. Safety Conditions. Customer must provide safe access to the property. Company may refuse service
where hazardous conditions exist.
4.3. No Guarantee of Prevention. Subscription plans reduce the cost of ongoing maintenance and repair
but do not guarantee prevention of system failures.
5. FEES AND BILLING
5.1. Recurring Authorization. Customer authorizes Company to charge the subscription fee to the
payment method on file at each renewal.
5.2. Price Changes. If Company modifies subscription pricing, Company will provide at least 30 days’
notice prior to renewal.
5.3. Additional Charges. Parts, materials, and services outside the included hours will incur additional
charges disclosed in advance.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate information about service needs.
Maintain appliances and household systems as required by manufacturers.
Notify Company of known hazardous or unsafe conditions.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
TERMS
By subscribing, Customer understands and agrees that: - The subscription will automatically renew unless
canceled. - Recurring charges will be billed to the payment method on file. - Customer has received clear
and conspicuous notice of renewal terms. - Customer has provided affirmative consent before being
charged.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1. Right to Cancel. Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by: - Emailing:

provided by Company.
8.2. Effective Date. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
8.3. Annual Plan Refunds (Platinum Plan). - Annual subscriptions offer prorated refunds based on
unused months. - Hours used will be recalculated based on the monthly Silver Plan rate. - The value of
any services already used will be deducted prior to refund.
8.4. Monthly Plans. Monthly plans do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
8.5. Refund Method. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
9. TERMINATION BY COMPANY
Company may terminate this Agreement for: - Non‑payment - Fraud or misuse of subscription benefits -
Unsafe conditions preventing safe service delivery
In such cases, refunds will be handled according to Section 8.3 (if applicable).
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. -
Company’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law
principles.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Customer and Company and supersedes
all prior understandings or agreements.
13. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND
SIGNATURE
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms, including the automatic renewal and cancellation provisions.
