Schedule Your Site Visit

To offer a more accurate proposal our Site Visit requires a $100 deposit for our project manager to view your job. This fee is applied to your project should you book with us.

Please Note: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a full deposit refund. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the deposit. For projects extending beyond 8 hours, we will implement overtime charges as per our standard rate policy.

Minimum 2 hours per man

The first 2 hours are $199. After the first 2 hours the rates are below:

• Organizing, cleaning, lifting, errands, etc: $75/hour
• Home repairs, handyman work, and painting: $75/hour
• Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, skilled tasks, and appliance installation: Priced on an as needed basis.
• Supervisor On-site: $105/hour
• We offer Proposals for larger projects that require more than four (4) full 8-hour workdays
• For projects extending beyond 8 hours in a day, we will implement overtime charges as per our standard rate policy
• 25% material procurement fee
• Licensed mechanics quote upon request
• Taxes where applicable
• All hourly rates are per handyman
